The Blyth Valley Business forum was established in the early part of 2007.  It was formed as a partnership between the private sector, Business Link and Blyth Valley Borough Council.

The Forum's aims are to:

• Promote Business Networking and Intertrading
• Promote Business Growth
• Provide Information, Advice and Guidance on a range of business issues
• Raise awareness of emerging new business support initiatives
• Lobby and influence Northumberland County Council and other agencies on issues affecting Blyth Valley Businesses
• Involve the private sector in Economic Regeneration issues

Next Event:  Breakfast Briefing (Open to all members).  Held at PTS Training Centre, Port of Blyth, the meeting will be on Thursday July 7th at 08:30.  The subject matter relates to local regeneration programmes and the future role of the local enterprise partnerships.  Rob Strettle and Ray Browning from Northumberland County Council will present a 10 to 15 minute talk on each subject.
